Robert Nordlinger Katz
Robert Katz is the Executive Director in the Washington, DC office of The Ezra Company, specializing in tenant brokerage and consulting services both nationally and in the Washington Metropolitan area.
With seventeen years experience in leasing, development, and finance, Mr. Katz has been involved in almost all phases of real estate. He is recognized as a skilled lease negotiator in real estate markets across the country.
Mr. Katz’s proven skills in financial analysis and experience in negotiations is an asset to The Ezra Company real estate team, and is translated directly to the client in any scope of services. Mr. Katz has represented Law Firms, Associations and Corporations for both local and national requirements totaling in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of transactions.

Mr. Katz is a graduate of Guilford College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, and subsequently studied at the Walter F. George School of Law.
