As the Chief Financial Officer at The Ezra Company, Loni Faraci is responsible for sophisticated financial and analytical corporate advisory services. Mr. Faraci combines his experience and knowledge of corporate real estate and strategic planning to develop client customized financial solutions which enable tenants and buyers to make fully informed real estate decisions.

The Ezra Finance Group specializes in complex cash flow models and identifying alternative scenarios and recommendations on how to best achieve the desired financial goals of the client. The primary services produced are deal structures for both investment-related and tenant representation assignments, lease audits/reviews, lease management, evaluation and negotiation of lease proposals, development feasibility studies incorporating multiple debt/equity scenarios and waterfall structures. The Ezra Finance Group’s unprecedented lease audit and lease management services have resulted in tens of millions of dollars in savings to clients in recent years.

During his commercial real estate tenure, Mr. Faraci served as the Director of CB Richard Ellis’ Financial Consulting Group in the Washington, DC Area. At CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Faraci was directly involved in the underwriting of industrial, retail and office properties. He advised sellers and buyers on critical property level financial issues and identified areas for value creation. He also assisted corporate real estate users in strategic real estate planning through customized financial analyses.

Mr. Faraci has also been involved with real estate occupancy cost related training sessions and speaking engagements. His recent speaking engagements include organizations such District of Columbia Bar, International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), Association of Legal Administrators, Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations, American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and nationwide top-20 accounting firms.

Mr. Faraci received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey and earned his MBA degree at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
