Colin Oppenheimer is a Vice President in Ezra’s Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Oppenheimer has over eight years of corporate real estate experience exclusively representing tenants and users of office space. With a focus on transaction management, strategic planning, and creative negotiations, Mr. Oppenheimer has completing close to one hundred transactions on behalf of his clients.
During his career, Mr. Oppenheimer has represented a wide range of clients including non-profits and associations, professional services companies, and medical service providers, all the while focusing exclusively on tenant representation. A Washington, D.C. native, Mr. Oppenheimer provides real estate services tailored to the unique requirements of each client ranging from acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructures, and consolidations both on a local and national level.
Prior to beginning his career in brokerage, Mr. Oppenheimer worked as a research associate at the commercial real estate research firm Costar Group.
Mr. Oppenheimer is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Policy Studies with a concentration in Economics. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association of Greater Washington, DC.
