Senior Project Manager and Workplace Strategist
Claudia Kakareka is a Senior Project Manager and Workplace Strategist with Ezra Project Management, and is responsible for providing Project and Construction Management Services for clients. In her 12 + years in the architectural and construction industry, Ms. Kakareka has been a part of a wide range of projects both throughout the Metro Washington area and nationally, corporate tenant, building repositioning, government and data center. Ms. Kakareka has successfully managed projects for clients such as JLL, Booz Allen Hamilton, GE, NASA and MetLife. Claudia’s immersion into her client’s corporate culture makes her a trusted and knowledgeable partner, understanding the context of big picture goals set out by project stakeholders as well as the unique challenges and concerns of project end users.
Ms. Kakareka’s experience as a licensed interior designer with LEED specialty, incorporating tailored Workplace Strategy tools seamlessly into her projects, has given her an exceptional depth of expertise with which to guide her clients through the project delivery process. Claudia emphasizes transparency and communication throughout the project team to ensure expectations and milestones are being met and when possible, surpassed. Claudia’s understanding of the required coordination between various parties within an organization is paramount to the efficiency of project execution.
Formerly, Ms. Kakareka provided Interior Design Services for WDG Interiors and VOA Associates (now Stantec) as well as Project Management Services for JLL and CallisonRTKL. Ms. Kakareka graduated from George Washington University cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and design and a minor in Art History, incorporating a study abroad experience in Florence, Italy.
